I started installing sprinkler systems in 2003. That year several neighbors had me install their systems on the side. The following year Autorain Sprinkler Systems was started. Since then my family grew and we had to move into a bigger house. I built our deck on our newly built home along with all of the landscaping. Since then, many of t
I started installing sprinkler systems in 2003. That year several neighbors had me install their systems on the side. The following year Autorain Sprinkler Systems was started. Since then my family grew and we had to move into a bigger house. I built our deck on our newly built home along with all of the landscaping. Since then, many of the the new neighbors noticed my work and had me build their decks and do their landscape also. I realized that I enjoyed this work as much as installing sprinklers!
We then made the decision to expand our business and add another name that encompasses all the projects we do now.

Sprinkler Systems
We install K-rain sprinkler systems. K-rain has the industries best warranty of 3 years on WIFI controllers, rain sensors, and rotary nozzles and 7 years on valves, sprays, and rotors. The average system costs around $3750 and can be installed in 1 day. We also have a less expensive option where we connect the sprinklers to an Orbit B-hyve XD hose spigot timer. No money down and full payment on completion. 3.5% fee if using a card.
Decks
We start with size. Deck boards come in 12', 16', and 20' lengths. Deck length is usually 12', 14', or 16'. Our decks come with Trex Enhance Basics deck boards, Trex Select railing, and white PVC fascia. You can upgrade to Trex Enhance Naturals, Select, or Transcend decking, Westbury aluminum railing or picture frame your deck. Stairs are about 1/3 of the cost of a deck. All our decks come with a 5 year warranty. The average cost of a deck is $15,000, but price will depend on size, height, and upgrades. Materials are to be paid for before delivery is scheduled. 1/2 of labor payment when the frame is complete and the other 1/2 labor payment when the deck is completed. 3.5% fee if using a card.
Sheds
Sheds are completely customizable. The most common sizes are 10'x12' or 12'x16' with a height of 8'. We can do concrete or wood floor. We can do LP sheets or vinyl siding. We can build your shed to match your houses color, door placement, roof pitch, eaves, rakes, gables, and shingles.
